Friend
You may be more comfortable
working out with a friend or spouse.
Splitting the per-session fee makes training more affordable.

Small Classes
Three or more people of similar
age and exercise experience train together.
The per-session rate is only $15 per person. Classes are held twice
weekly
for two months and are paid by the month.
