A. One-On-One Training
You receive the undivided attention of your trainer. Your program is personally 
tailored to your needs and goals.  Your trainer pre-plans each session to assure 
that you are continually challenged by a progressive resistance program.

B. Train With A Friend
You may be more comfortable working out with a friend or spouse. 
Splitting the per-session fee makes training more affordable.

C. Small Classes
Three or more people of similar age and exercise experience train together.  
The per-session rate is only $15 per person.  Classes are held twice weekly 
for two months and are paid by the month.
